Her market knowledge was wonderful. She would ask the builder the questions that as a 1st home buyer you wouldn’t expect to ask. Communication with me throughout the process was stunning. The encouraging words on some days when you think u weren’t going to find the perfect house were everything to me. The patience from her in finding my dream home was astounding. I am very picky and she found everything I asked her to have in my new home. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by Alejandra's professionalism and communication. There was never a moment that she wasn't professional. She was also very organized and the knowledge she had was very informative. I will point out of a conflict with time. We had taken a bit more time than expected on one day that she had another engagement late in the afternoon. She initially told my husband and I that we would need to pick up on the rest of the viewings the following day. But then less than an hour later, she told my husband and I to disregard as she had moved things around and would be able to continue showing us more homes. My husband and were very pleased with Alejandra as she was not pushy like wanting to just get a sale. She listened to our needs, based on our lifestyle. She was super patient and listened to us when ever we had a concern. During our time with Alejandra, there was never a moment of negativity, tiredness or frustration. She was always smiling and again very professional with us. I have recommended her with one of our family members and will definitely recommend her with other family members and friends whenever they are ready to purchase a home in El Paso.

We are working in the process of buying a house with Alejandra. It was the best choice we could have made.
