Aleayah went way beyond what we though a Realtor should do for us. She was involved early on before the house was even near ready to be put on the market. She worked with us every step of the way to help us to make sure we didn't expend finances or time in doing things that would not bring additional value to the home. She gave us suggestions regarding popular paint colors and other updates, some of which did not occur to us at all. When it came time to list the home, she worked with us to determine a price that considered the financial amount that we needed from the home and would result in a quick sale. She even suggested we do a "comimg soon"add that resulted in us getting an offer before the property was officially for sale. We had two offers greater than our required list price within the end of the first day on the market, which exceeded our wildest expectations. Aleayah was also super helpful to us in navigating through all the required paperwork that needed to be completed and also helped with recommending and working with contractors that we needed to supply required inspections and certifications. This was especially important to us, as we were out of state sellers that were not living near the property. Aleayah is so personable and knowledgeable, that we not only consider her to be a expert Realtor, but a new close friend that was always on our side.
