Not only did he help my husband and I find the house of our dreams, but we paid $15k less then the appraisal in the West Colfax neighborhood 1.5 blocks from Sloans lake!! Alden got us into the house before it even went to market ensuring that we got the first chance to make an offer. Alden also introduced us to his lender who was a rock star and got us approved for more then we thought possible. On top of all this, Alden is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes, inspections and what could possibly go wrong when buying a home. Alden was super low pressure, trustworthy and dependable.
