The process was very smooth although the sale of our old house required some specific knowledge and skill to complete, Mr. Garcia got us through it seamlessly. Alcy Garcia has once AGAIN proved to be an exceptional Realtor to deal with. My home yet again was sold in the first weekend, he did it again!! I'm not sure how he does it but he manages to do it every time! He was able to walk me thru the process, hold my hand when i needed to be calmed down as I always find this process stressful. After our first buyer fell through, Charles quickly made another Open House for us while our Real Estate Agent was out of town and through that Open House was able to secure himself a new client and a buyer for our home. His quick thinking and turn around made the disappointment of losing a buyer into a win for everyone involved.
