Mr. Alberto Baca is the best in the Real Estate industry. He is very knowledgeable of the Market Area where my property was located. He tells you the information upfront and allows you to make the best decision possible. I didn’t feel the pressure to quickly make a decision on such an important situation. I like the fact that he had great ideas to push the property more using online marketing, , with programs that send weekly email notifications on how the online marketing status was doing and also open houses. He was available for all my calls , emails and any questions that I had. I consider Mr. Baca not just my real estate agent , but family. Someone that went above and beyond his profession. Alberto is my realtor but I did not find Alberto he found me. He is very respectful and family oriented. What he does is He finds people who needs help and helps them sell their home or buy a home He did exactly what he said he would do . The home was under contract within 30 days of being listed I believe.
