Absolutely professional. A pleasure to work with. Albert has been very patient with our home purchasing since day 1. He does not just hard sell you everything he finds or shows. Instead he analyzes the pro’s and con’s of each property to help us make informed decisions based on our criteria, so we were able to narrow down the neighborhoods to the exact dream house. Would recommend without thinking twice.

We are a bunch of college students looking for a place near school after previous rental agreement ended with our last landlord, who was actually nice and willing to help us, but we are ready to shorten our commute daily and at the same time want more privacy. So we've been looking online, and Albert came highly recommended thru one of our roommates' parents, and BAM, within 24 hours, he was able to find us the PEEERRRRFECT unit that suits our needs. No common wall, huge yard, 2 car garage with tons of community/public guest parking space because there are 3 of us and we have 1 car each. Really nice neighborhood too. Lots of green, tons of space for outdoor activities, whether it's for jogging or playing basketball at the local park. And the area offers a great deal of fast foods(bad for you, i know, but hey it's college and we all go to school full time and work full time jobs) Just a lesser known area but super convenient for us. Targets and Walmart are nearby, banks are walking distance. What impressed me the most is that Albert's negotiation skills. I think for similar places the market rate is going at $2300-2400/month. So I told Albert we work really hard and try to stay within a budget due to student loans/tuition and all that. Albert did his due diligence, verified some things, and went to work. Not only he was able to secure us the place when there are many other applicants, he was able to get us a great deal!!! AND he had the landlord to provide some appliances for us since we're broke college kids so having to purchase fridges/washing machines/drier is gonna totally kill our plan. So MAD PROPS to ALBERT XU!!! THE BEST REALTOR YOU CAN FIND IN THE 626 AREA!!! woohoo

I was genuinely surprised how Albert was able to identify exactly what I was looking for in such a tough and tight schedule I had. He worked relentlessly to help meet all of my expectation and checked off all the criteria that I gave him. I know I am picky, so the fact that Albert pulled it off was a such a impressive one that I recommended couple of my friends to him, and I would do keep doing it over and over again. He is simply amazing.
