Attentive and professional

Albert represented our family in the listing and sale of two residential properties in the Sarasota area. He was prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable . He kept us up to date, listened to our views, and gave good advice. We would have liked a higher price on the sale of our beachfront condo, but who wouldn’t? !

Darn milestone inspections are a bit of a black cloud on sale prices at the moment. Getting it sold before the assessments to bring buildings up to current code is a good thing though, and finding a buyer aware they are going to be hit with assessments was a blessing. I am sure your family is going to miss enjoying that unit.
