We listed our condominium to be sold and we have tried two other Real Estate agencies with a horrible failure and a delay in selling. I have found Wilk Real Estate online and I have heard of them before, since this is a big agency with more than 30 years in business. The owner picked up the phone and staged my condominium for selling, not only that he came back the second day himself to take photos which were posted for selling purpose. Usually, the owner would talk to you on the phone and at most show up the first time to see your property, not only they took a very small percentage for it. I was really impressed with the way they handled selling my property, and he brought his associate Tanya (a real estate angel) who basically has been throughout the whole process with us. She is very amicable, professional, and cares about her clients (which is let’s face it quite rare). I am grateful I found Wilk Real Estate agency and grateful for helping us with this long tedious process. Thank You soooo much Albert Wilk and Tanya Poradisova, who were godsend, and I would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling to only use them (you won’t be disappointed).
