Albert sold my aunt's house for us after she passed away. He went above and beyond anything I could have expected! He was there for us if we needed any help with anything. There are so many attributes to Albert as a representative for a seller I am at a loss to begin. To begin with, we had an issue with our finished basement ( non permitted). Albert did all the leg work contacting building department to find out the steps we would need in order to sell. He went way above and beyond, he made the process so easy for us and so much less stressful. His use of technlology in the selling process and finalizing the sale is second to none and again, made the whole process so much easier. His communication during the listing process, the offer process, and right up to the closing, was remarkable, he NEVER left our side. If we called with a question or a request, he gave us, or got us, and answer with in minutes!! He told us when we listed with him that he would think of us as family, and be there through every step. That we were in this together. I thought at the time this was just a sales pitch. I was soooo wrong!! He is a very professional man, a realtor that JOINS you in the process and doesn’t just leave and count his money when the sale is done, he makes sure you are happy and comfortable all the way through the closing! Selling your family home of 26 years is VERY tough and emotional, we feel so blessed to have Albert to go through all that with! Why? Because he GETS IT and....He CARES!!
