Albert and Theresa were very knowledgeable on the true market value of my house. they took the time to analyze by price/ sq foot instead of just comparing selling prices in the area. It resulted in a higher selling price that I had originally listed the house for and therefore more money in my pocket at the end of the day. Their communication was very professional and always timely. I never had to wait long for them to return a phone call, text or email throughout the whole listing, offer, selling and closing process. They hired a professional photographer to support the listing and advertising with the best photos. Closing went smoothly as well and Theresa even brought me homemade sourdough bread she had made that day.
