He earned his MBA in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and previously owned and operated a highly successful home-building company. Over the course of his career, Al built more than 700 homes and residential building sites across South New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Being recognized as Builder of the Year in South New Jersey stands as a career highlight.

During his years as a homebuilder in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Al developed and managed multiple condominium communities, including Lakes at Knoll Run (146 homes), Lakes at Knoll Run East (22 homes), Ridings at Northampton (200 homes), and The Villas at Middletown (96 homes). As the builder, he was responsible for the active management of condominium and homeowners associations until ownership transitioned to the residents. This hands-on experience provided deep expertise in legal, procedural, and managerial responsibilities, along with rigorous fiduciary oversight involving budget creation and financial management.
