Albert was able to find us the house that we absolutely needed in several weeks. We are from Michigan and have to stay in the metropolitan Chicago area while my husband has a heart transplant. We must stay in the area for at least a year. We had very specific requirements such as hard surface floors and no stairs in a safe neighborhood. Albert presented a number of houses on line as options but we chose to go through only two, and the second house was perfect! The price was negotiated to be in the range that we anticipated spending, and the current residents were able to move within three weeks. I couldn't have had a better experience! Albert helped us with finding a place to rent in Oak Park, Il. He showed us the apartment and helped us along the process with excellent service and quick response. The apartment he found us is perfect for our family with plenty of space and in excellent condition. Location could not be better. Quick access to the highway, Blue Line station a couple of blocks away and everything Oak Park can offer close by.
