As a listing agent, I bring my expertise in pricing strategies to the table,
ensuring that my client’s property is appropriately priced to maximize their return. I utilize various marketing and advertising methods to maximize a homes exposure and also skillfully negotiating on their behalf when offers and/or repair requests are presented.
As a buyer’s agent, my topmost priority is to listen to the unique housing requirements of my clients, offering my assistance in navigating the loan qualification process, and helping them find their ideal home. With my expertise in restoring properties, I am well-equipped to provide invaluable insights into repair costs when reviewing inspection reports and negotiating
repairs. My education and additional licensing in the areas of Insurance and mortgage originating also prove to be a valuable resource for my buyer clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, bowling and spending time with my family. I am an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council #3389, Kingsville Noon Lions Club, and I serve as the President of the South Texas Action Network, a 501(c)3 non-profit. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I enjoy volunteering in Kingsville whenever possible.
