Alanna Stewart Piser joined the Crifasi Group at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate in Greenville in 2023. A native of Wilmington, Alanna graduated from Ursuline Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She then received a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. She had the opportunity to live abroad in several places, including Mexico City, London, and Florence, each expanding her knowledge of historic architecture and deepening her appreciation for real estate. Alanna has a passion for not only helping her clients sell their properties, but also purchasing their ideal home. Her background in design and preservation gives her a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to both preparing homes for the market and helping buyers envision the full potential of a space. As a longtime resident of Wilmington, she has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Alanna is very involved in preservation and community initiatives of the Greater Wilmington and Philadelphia areas. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for both the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks and Preservation Delaware, is a member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee for Ursuline Academy, and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She is also President of Friends of Sellers Hall, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving a 17th-century home in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
