Alanna is is hands down the best broker I have ever dealt with in finding a rental apartment! She went out of her way in taking extra time to help my wife & I with our long distance search from NYC to rent in Boston. Thanks to Alanna, we secured an amazing apartment, at a great price, in the perfect neighborhood for us! Searching for a new apartment remotely is a daunting task when you can't conveniently see the apartment in person and even more daunting when you are unfamiliar with the area. Alanna was a fantastic guide and knew the ins and outs of all the major neighborhoods surrounding Boston. She spent countless hours with us on the phone in helping us narrow down our search of apartments that met our criteria and budget. Since we could not easily see apartments in person, she visited many on our behalf and took walkthrough videos that she then shared with us remotely. After narrowing down our search, we eventually arranged an in person visit to the Boston area to tour apartments with her. Alanna spent an entire day driving us around every neighborhood we were curious about so we could get a real feel of which apartment locations were right for us. As luck would have it, we came across an amazing apartment that day in Porter Square which we immediately submitted an application. Mission accomplished!!! Not having to plan multiple trips back to Boston to continue our search was priceless! She stuck with us through every part of the application process and even arranged a second visit with us after we signed the lease so that we could take detailed measurements of the new place prior to our move. My wife & I are beyond excited to move into our new place in September. We don't plan on moving for many years, but if we are ever looking for a new place then Alanna will be our gal!
