From the beginning, she got an idea of what my wife and I wanted in our first home and went out and found exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely patient with our requests and unwavering as it took some time to find the exact home we wanted. She followed up promptly, answered all our texts and e-mails immediately, helped us through the offer and escrow process, and even worked with our lender to get the job done. She made the home buying process a lot less stressful and really treated us like an extension of her family instead of just another customer.
