Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me buy my first house. Communicates extremely well. I highly recommend her. I was in a weird position where I had to close earlier than most and she was able to get everything done and corrected (from inspection) very rapidly. She was there every single step of the way. Even after purchasing the home she still assists with getting contractors or help around the house if I need it. Will never not recommend her to someone that is in the area!

Alana was the best realtor we have ever had! She was beyond helpful and informative every step of the way. When we had questions, she answered them happily no matter what. We had a few small problems around the house and she was happy to help us with them in person. She was a positive person no matter how stressed she was. We had been through 2 other realtors before her, she is very personal professional, and she goes beyond the extra mile to help sell your home, or to show you wan. She stayed behind after our house was sold and made sure that everything was spotless for the new owners to come into. She treat you as if you were one of her family members. If we ever decide to move back to North Carolina I will definitely look her up again.

Alana was so incredibly helpful finding a house for my husband and I. We were located in California and she helped adjust schedules for our time zone and really told it like she saw it. She didn’t pressure us into buying any houses, she would tell us things we couldn’t see like how the neighborhood was or what condition things were in because we had to see your houses on FaceTime. When we got outbid on houses, she was super encouraging and made plans to find more to make sure we got something awesome. When I reached out to her, we still had quite a long time until we had to move. She would send us what was on the market once a month or so to get a feel for what things were looking like before we could actually buy. I highly recommend her for your realtor.
