We contacted Alana on a holiday weekend via a listing page for a property we were interested in. She responded almost immediately and showed us the property within 2 days. We ended up purchasing the property and completing the whole process in 6 weeks! She was an advocate on our behalf from day one. She was extremely helpful in recommending and contacting inspectors, contractors, and service providers and even met them out at the property on our behalf. She did all of the leg work for us.
