We were first introduced to Alana in March of 2024 when we began our initial inquiry into our future relocation from West Virginia to Parrish, Florida. She was referred to us by a friend of ours. During a work trip to Orlando I was able to connect with Alana via scheduled appointment to do a group of home showings. I drove up from Orlando and she then took a couple hours out of her day to show me a list of homes we had showed interest in. Additionally she took me through our current community (Bella Lago) to meet with the builder (DR Horton). This proved to be the first big step in our transition as it helped us to get a visual on what would be our future home. Leading up to this appointment she had also sent us a bunch of listings to look at virtually and kept in contact with us. In April during another work trip to Orlando I was able to also have my wife and son with me and once again we met up with Alana and this time she helped us meet the builder and ultimately help us take another big step towards deciding what home we'd later decide to purchase. From April until October she stayed in contact with us as we went through the process of listing and later selling our home in West Virginia. We put a contract on the home in Bella Lago in October and finally in late November we were finally able to close on our home in Parrish and move in. This was a very long and exhausting journey for us but I was so impressed with her kindness, patience and willingness to go check things out for us when we couldn't be here. Even went as far as to help us find a rental to stay in while we waited to purchase our home. She was constantly trying to help us in any way and help get us here to Parrish as soon as possible. Her interests were in seeing us happy and satisfied with our home purchase. In our toughest times of our journey she was always so encouraging to us which meant so much to us. So many good things to say about Alana and ehe will always be our go to for home realty here.
