They checked all of those boxes, and more. Alana found us an off-the-market property at a great price, that had literally everything we were looking for in our first home. The few things that it didn't have, she helped us through negotiating with the seller to include them as part of the purchase. The closing process went smoothly, thanks to constant contact with us, and great recommendations for financing, inspectors, insurance, etc. If you're looking for a great hands-on realtor with unbelievable knowledge of Decatur (and other surrounding) area(s) of ITP Georgia, you'd be foolish to go elsewhere.
