We had a lot of difficulty getting our house sold, after multiple offers fell through, Ms. Kim kept us inspired until the day we closed!! Alan was amazing to work with. When starting this process, I knew nothing at all about what all it took to buy a home; but, while working with him, he was very knowledgeable and worked with my bank seamlessly to ensure that I had everything that I needed. The first day that I started looking for a house, I just had one in mind, but he had selected 5 different locations that were in the same price range and offered to show us all of them on the same day. He was very professional and answered all of my questions in a quick manner. Not only that, but he explained them to me in layman's terms that made it easy for me to understand. I greatly recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a house. He goes above and beyond to make things as effortless for the buyer as possible. I don't see myself or anyone that I know needing to buy a house in the near future; but, if I was needing to either buy or sell, I would go straight for Alan.
