Alan Wedemeyer

Alan was recommended by our lender. We were introduced early in the process when we were just getting to now the market and the process. Alan has a good knowledge of the Ventura county market and different types of homes. As my wife and me are from a Europe and first time buyers we loved about Alan that he was never pushy or trying to force a decision. Instead he always gave us our time. I recommend Alan especially for people who are not sure about which type of house they want to buy or where.

When I decided to put my home on up for sale, I chose Alan Wedemeyer to represent me and glad that I did. He was always prompt at getting back to me if I had any questions, and available when needed. This was a very emotional time for me and he respected that and was very respectful to me.

Alan represented us when we sold our home in Oxnard. He made himself available when we needed him and was easy to work with. I recommend Alan and am confident you'll be as pleased as we are if you are in the market to sell your home.

Highly motivated realtor, great comunicational skills, keeps all parties updated and informed, works at your availability, I would highly recommend Alan and trust him with my next realty business. Alan is a very dedicated individual to his trade. You will not be disappointed with his work.
