I have worked with Alan for over 14 years. I bought a home and two pieces of land from him. All those transactions went smoothly. In the past year Alan has helped me sell one house and also worked on helping me sell a pieces of commercial property. That transaction was extremely difficult, but Alan went beyond the call of duty to try and sell it. I would say Alan probably has the most experience of any of the Realtors in the area. He knows almost everyone and can assist with your property in more than just buy or sell. He is a true gentleman and great to work with. He gets my highest recommendation.
