We were first time buyers and they were very helpful and not pushy at all. My calls were answered or returned quickly. I never felt like I was bothering them and they would spend as long as it would take for us to understand where we were in the process. We really felt like we were working with friends and not a business we really had a great experience and my oldest son will be contacting them when he's ready. We recommend this group very highly the whole team is wonderful.

Detail orientated and a tremendous team to help out with expertise from everything to moving companies, to repairs, etc. Best decision I ever made was to contract with Alan Smith and his team...period!
