Hello everyone! My name is Alan Silva. I have the honor to say that I am a seasoned 15 year, licensed full-time realtor here in California. My passion is housing with my Architecture background of 7+ years in the design world. Today, in 2022 - I have serviced many happy parties and families since I was licensed back in 2007. My mission in real estate is to produce favorable results for my clients and build longtime relationships. Throughout the years I've had the pleasure of representing clients on both sides of a transaction through all types of challenging markets in So. California.
