No flashy cars but a really great experience. It was a hard sale and because of the enormous amount of land listings in the county and the remote location of the property Alan and his agent Diane Cancino had to show the property to prospective buyer numerous time before the right buyer came around. I was informed before every showing, communication was great and the follow up and suggestions very helpful. And the right buyer did come around.
