Honestly, Mr. Pineda was by far one of the greatest realtors to have along side our journey in buying our first home. He made us feel at ease and comfortable during the buying process. He reassured us when we doubted our decision and overall his knowledge in house purchasing was excellent. He was able to look and spot things in different houses we checked out and helped us determine the outcome of the repairs needed. During our time looking for our forever home we were limited on time during the day to view houses, Mr. Pineda was punctual and open to showing us houses in the evening.
