Alan helped us purchase our home back in 2015, so it was only fitting that he help us sell that very same home. As has come to be expected with Alan, he was extremely professional, and knowledgeable, and he handled the process from start to finish. From coordinating with the photographer to take photos of our home, to performing the CMA and analyzing the data to get us the most money we could get, to holding open houses, and negotiating the best deal. Alan handled it all. Not only did he get our house sold quickly but he also got us more than we expected for the price. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will recommend Alan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Dallas area.

The title saids it all.... Alan was an excellent, trustworthy, responsible realtor from beginning to an end, and I totally recommend him to everyone. It was my first time purchasing a home. Which means, I had no idea where to even start. The only thing I knew was that I needed a realtor to help me through the process. I found Alan on Zillow, reached out to him and within 2 months, I was able to find my dream house with closing day way before we expected. Purchasing a first house was a big step for me, and to be honest, I was very nervous at first. When we first met Alan, he was patient and kindly explained the process and real estate vocabularies.
