He helped stage the place perfectly for the photos, moved around furniture, made suggestions, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pictures taken of our home were the best I’ve ever seen. The pictures were posted on a Thursday night, and with just one open house hosted on a Sunday, Alan managed to get us several offers on the house. There was no need to have any additional private appointments to see the house, which we loved not having to do due to our line of work. He kept us updated every step of the way in regards to the selling of our home, and was patient with us during the buying of another home.
