Agent Alan accommodated my requests to view properties that I wanted to see. I had very specific requirements especially when it came to finding a property in my budget in an ideal location that's walkable to a library and shopping areas. Alan was pleasant to work with. I'm an out-of-state buyer and the process of home buying is a bit different than what I'm familiar with. I would've appreciated more step by step guidance with the process and the timeline after my offer was accepted. I was eager so I had to press and ask questions all the way through for follow up. Other than that, the closing was quick and right on schedule.
