Over the years, we have worked with several agents when both buying and selling property. We have never had an agent who worked with such zeal and professionalism. He covered all bases and then some. He was always positive and upbeat. Alan put together a folder with pictures of the house, inside and out, a plat of the property, and information that would be helpful to a buyer. He left multiple folders in the house to be given to prospective buyers. We thought this was great. He also sent two e-mails a week with information concerning showings and how much traffic the MLS ads were getting. All this was done for a home that was far less than other houses on the market in the area. That fact did not influence the excellent job that he did. The home was sold much quicker than we had anticipated. On the scale of 1 to 5, we would give Alan a 7!
Alan did a superior job. The home was part of an estate and in rough shape, but Alan approached it as if it were the best of the best. He put together a sales folder with photos, a plat and other information about the home and surrounding area. These folders were in the home, so prospective buyers could have all the information even if other agents were showing the house. He also kept us informed with two e-mails a week as well as phone calls, when necessary. We would use Alan again and would highly recommend him to others.
