Alan was an excellent real estate agent. We looked at over 20 condos with Alan and he was able to spot troublesome issues or potential issues that would require additional work down the road for us. He had great insight into other condos that had recently sold in the areas we were interested in and was always a text away. We would highly recommend Alan because of his knowledge of the buying processes, northern Virginia expertise, construction experience, and friendliness. He also knew all the answers for a first time buyer in there early 30's!! Also, his mortgage broker was awesome at explaining, in detail, the whole buying process!!!
