My wife and I found Alan when we moved to the area and needed some help finding a house. Alan was very patient with us while we found the right home, listened to our needs, and facilitated a smooth transition throughout the purchase. When we ended up leaving Ohio for career relocation, we did not think twice about calling Alan to assist with the selling of our property. Even though we ended up being remote clients after the out of state relocation, Alan maintained his responsiveness and flexibility, and even went out of his way to help coordinate open items at the property while we were unavailable.
