Working with Alan to buy our new home was a great experience! He listened to our wants and needs, and didn't waste my time showing me places that didn't meet my search criteria. I found a place I loved, and he was able to negotiate the price down! He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process as stress free as it can be. I would highly recommened Alan Gladding, and I will return to him if I'm looking to sell my house, or buy again, in the future!
