I had worked with Al Galletto once before on a purchase and his advice was excellent. He handled the negotiation very well and ended up in a great place. This time it was a sale. He gave me good and realistic advice on valuation and generated a good amount of interest in the property, leading to a successful sale. His speed and quality of service were absolutely outstanding. A first class performance in every respect.
