We gave Alan our list of wants/needs for our family of 5 and he was able to provide us with several homes to look at. Since we were from out of town, we had a very short viewing time (2 days). We were determined to find one in those 2 days, and we did. He stayed in contact and answered all our questions. He even helped my husband after we bought our home with a non real estate issue.
