I can't say enough nice things about Alaina. We were sort of looking for a new house on a whim, just kind of checking what was out there and looking at what was available. Alaina helped us every step of the way, and when we realized we were ready to move and wanted to get serious, he helped us get in a position to move on the right offer when it came. It was crazy; we went looking to see if there was something a little better than where we were, and ended up finding basically our dream home. Alaina is the perfect mix of professional and approachable, and the only thing I don't like about the whole process is that I have no plans to move any time soon, so I will likely not have the opportunity to do business with her again.

Alaina was amazing! We flew in from out of state to search for our new home and had now clue as to where the "good" areas to live were. She - first of all- asked us for our coffee order because she knew our flight had come in super late the night before and then drove us all over town to look at different houses in different areas of town (and some that were even farther outside of our radius because I may have some unrealistic dreams of having a farm). We found our dream home and Alaina has been a wealth of knowledge, especially for us as first time home buyers. We were able to bounce ideas off her about what we should ask for from the sellers and, because we're not able to be there in person, she even went over right before we closed to make sure everything had been taken care of properly (and when it wasn't she didn't hesitate to speak up for us). I would recommend Alaina to anyone looking for a realtor, but especially for anyone who is having to do the process remotely!
