Alaina has helped our family twice in a year, and her caring professionalism shows! Our family was relocating to Georgia in August 2019 and were not familiar with the area at all, she went above and beyond to scope out rentals for our first visit. We were set on a rental, only 4 days before moving our new landlords decided to back out of the lease and sell, so Alaina went above and beyond at the very last minute to find us a home to move to within those few days. Of course when May 2020 rolled around we decided it was time to start our search for our forever Georgia home, she helped us not only find our perfect home but ensured that we found a home that fit our tastes while being below budget. While we were looking for our home here in Georgia, we also decided to sell our former home in our previous state, which Alaina was helpful in showing patience as we navigated both selling a home remotely as well as buying a home here in Georgia. From the time we put our offer in, until we closed was about 3 weeks! It worked perfectly for us! We are grateful for Alaina’s experience, her thoughtfulness and most importantly her kindness! We would and have recommended her to anyone whom is looking to buy or sell their home.
