Alain did a fabulous job in picking up the pieces from my previous failed sale by another realtor. With every showing he was very diligent in asking for feedback on the viewing so he could let me know how things were going. Since I live overseas, he managed the house as if it was his own with adding personal touches such as flowers and he even cleaned the walkway with some bleach which was a lot cheaper than power washing which was suggested.
