Al Waddell was referred to us through another agent based on his specialty with historic homes and his knowledge of the area. From the moment we first met Al I knew we were dealing with the best possible agent and this was later confirmed when we found and closed on our dream home. From start to finish, the experience of buying a home while transitioning back to the U.S. from overseas was less difficult than anticipated and that is largely due to the guidance and assistance we had from Al. I would absolutely recommend Al Waddell to my friends and we consider him a shining star for RE/MAX Metro Plus.

Absolutely no complaints. My partner and I could not have asked for a better representative to guide through this process. Al went the extra mile to determine the property was eligible for a property abatement providing us guidance on where to go to file and ultimately be accepted for a tax abatement. Further, Al was always available to answer the many questions that come with a home purchase, in particular a home sold by a seller simply flipping the property. Al made sure we not only got an inspection but assisted in getting a structural assessment. All in all we had an excellent experience with Al, He is an excellent example of a sales representative for RE/Max. Thank you.

Al lives in the same general area that my house was located. He is very knowledgeable about old hones because he has one himself. He knows what is happening in the neighborhood and knows what kind of people are interested in homes in the area. Al is a very personable, engaging person who takes the time to explain issues involved in the home selling process. He understands how stressful the process is and offers comfort and guidance. He put me at ease numerous times when I was anxious and concerned about various issues. He always returned my calls timely and never rushed me off of the phone to get to others clients. Al Waddell is a very experienced, professional, and approachable person. Despite usually selling high-end and historic homes, Al treated us as if our house was just as important to him.
