Buying a home is one of the biggest life decisions and having Al Villegas for a good caring agent, really helped us through this whole process (including getting the best lender), all the while, educating us, with it all. He is knowledgeable about the market, strong in negotiating with great communication skills. He was patient and was always available to show us homes even on short notice and far away. Even though location preferences and budget shifted a lot and often, he was flexible and understanding of our needs and situation. Even with these circumstances, Al stuck with us over months and months by showing us homes almost all over LA, Orange, and Riverside counties.
