Al and his wife, Deniese, were spectacular. The process was as easy as it could be. They were professional, picked up their phones at the first call every time, extremely responsive, friendly and I genuinely felt that they were 'on my team' at every step of the way. They know their stuff. Al came prepared with comparables and it took us 5 minutes to decide on the asking price for our condo, which ended up being the perfect price since it sold in a day. Looking forward to working with them again.
