Al Moreno was a true professional and extremely pleasant to work with in selling our home. Used various techniques to market our home to buyers resulting in a short turnaround from for sale to the close for full asking price. We truly appreciate your support and hardworking efforts to sell our home. Thanks Al.
I had a very short time to find a buy a home in North Georgia while relocating from Denver. Al was amazing. He understood my needs and listened to what my wife and I wanted. ( unbelievable how many realtors in the past have not done that. ). We found a wonderful home in 2 days and had everything locked up in 5 ( including the weekend ! ). This never would have happened with a less knowledgeable realtor. He didn’t waste our time and made everything happen fast! Simply the best experience we could ask for.
I have had the privilege to work with Al as both a seller and buyer. I can say that it was a very pleasant experience both times. He is very knowledgable in the processes, follows through with commitments, and backs up his opinions with facts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Al to anyone needing a real estate agent.
Al was very professional in his negotiations. He was always willing to show me houses in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.
Al has 7 properties for sale and sold 7 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
