I've worked with Al Goldin twice over the past few years. Both properties are in Broward county, and Al really knows the market there. Even better than his market savvy is his attention to the numbers. For example, the second property I purchased was for an investment. Al provided work sheets showing the taxes, HMO fees, rental income based on comparable properties, tenant info, building condition--in short, the works. It made the decision so much easier. Most realtors just won't do this for their regular clients much less for an occasional one like me. I'm quite satisfied, and would definitely work with Al Goldin in the future for my real estate needs in South Florida.
