I've worked with Al Goldin twice over the past few years. Both properties are in Broward county, and Al really knows the market there. Even better than his market savvy is his attention to the numbers. For example, the second property I purchased was for an investment. Al provided work sheets showing the taxes, HMO fees, rental income based on comparable properties, tenant info, building condition--in short, the works. It made the decision so much easier. Most realtors just won't do this for their regular clients much less for an occasional one like me. I'm quite satisfied, and would definitely work with Al Goldin in the future for my real estate needs in South Florida.

Al Goldin is a fantastic agent. I had previous experiences with other agents who did not even come close to his level and as a buyer I want to point that out . Not all agents are alike at all . I was referred to Al who came highly recommended and from the first meeting /consultation we had ,I could see his approach was totally different and I felt I was in very good hands . Al really listened to what was Important to me and my needs .Before we even looked at properties ,we discussed my exact situation so he would have a really good idea of how to help me . Al located several properties very quickly that met my exact needs and 1 was just perfect for me. It was a very competitive situation and Al was not only very aggressive but also very tactful in how to get my offer accepted.. An offer for 12 thousand dollars more came in but because of my offer was structured and presented , it got accepted. Had I not worked with Al , I could have missed out on my dream waterfront condo. Even after the time we went under contract, Al kept great communication with me so everything went very smoothly . He has a great team from inspectors right up to the closing agent . The entire process went great even with few hurdles Al was able to get solved along the way, I am so happy to be in my new place making it to my exact taste. Al will even throw a big party at your house so I'm looking forward to that soon too. Go with the best because in my opInion HE IS THE BEST.

Al was very aggressive at getting our offer accepted even then there were multiple offers . He and his staff stayed with us all through the entire inspection and closing process . It was extremely smooth and we are grateful for the equity we now have built over the last few years .
