Highly recommend working with Al! As first time home buyers, he walked us through the whole process making sure we got exactly what we were looking for, for the right price. Always answering any question or concern in a timely manner no matter the time.
Al is one of the best agents out there! He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking. Al made it very easy and was helpful every step of the way.
Al was very efficient in getting things done. He assisted in staging our house and getting perfect pictures taken for our listing. Our house sold in a day. I would recommend Al to sell your house
Al was a phenomenal agent. Throughout the process he dedicated countless hours to ensure a smooth buying process as well as that we got the best price possible on our home purchase. He was easily approachable and promptly replied to and/or addressed any questions or requests I had throughout the entire process.
Al got us through to the finish line even when we were very discouraged. Al is amazing and is available.
10/10 and even higher if it was possible. I highly recommend working with Al. Al was absolutely amazing to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his clients are not only happy with their purchase, but excited about it! A few key highlights of his work are: Perfect Process Flow- I was house hunting during a very busy time in my life, but Al helped the entire process go so smoothly that it barely took any time out of my busy schedule. Extensive Knowledge- Al had the knowledge necessary to ask the right questions about the house/property/seller and make recommendations for things I would not have thought to consider on my own. Comforting Guidance- I went into the process not knowing what to do or how to accomplish what needed to be done. Al guided me through every step and made sure I was feeling comfortable with everything that happened along the way. Impeccable Communication- Anytime I had a question, Al was always quick to respond. He would provide complete and thoughtful answers no matter what the topic was. He never gave generic answers, but instead always took my specific situation into consideration when responding. Transparency and Honesty- I felt that I could fully trust Al's expertise, word, and opinions. When making big decisions, he never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. However if I asked, he was happy to share his thoughts with me. He was extremely upfront about everything, good or bad, and truly treated me like a friend. The only downside of having Al as an agent is that he set the standard SO high, that I will probably forever be disappointed by any other agent's work. Although I plan to use Al as my agent for all future real estate transactions, so hopefully I will never need to work with any other agent anyway. I truly can say that I could not have had a better experience buying a house. I am a very happy homeowner thanks to Al.
Al did a wonderful job helping us find a place to build our dream home. Not only did he find us something in the perfect area, but something that had just the right amount of space. He made the process quick and easy
Al and his team were top-notch in every way from the beginning to end of our selling transaction. He went the extra mile to ensure maximum exposure of our listing which ensured we found a buyer very quickly. At no time did I ever feel pressured to go one way or another when making a decision while at the same time found Al and teams advice and suggestions to be fair, balanced and always felt that it aligned with what was in my best interests. I would definitely recommend Al as your listing agent.
