You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his clients are not only happy with their purchase, but excited about it! A few key highlights of his work are: Perfect Process Flow- I was house hunting during a very busy time in my life, but Al helped the entire process go so smoothly that it barely took any time out of my busy schedule. Extensive Knowledge- Al had the knowledge necessary to ask the right questions about the house/property/seller and make recommendations for things I would not have thought to consider on my own. Comforting Guidance- I went into the process not knowing what to do or how to accomplish what needed to be done. Al guided me through every step and made sure I was feeling comfortable with everything that happened along the way. Impeccable Communication- Anytime I had a question, Al was always quick to respond. He would provide complete and thoughtful answers no matter what the topic was. He never gave generic answers, but instead always took my specific situation into consideration when responding. Transparency and Honesty- I felt that I could fully trust Al's expertise, word, and opinions. When making big decisions, he never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. However if I asked, he was happy to share his thoughts with me. He was extremely upfront about everything, good or bad, and truly treated me like a friend. The only downside of having Al as an agent is that he set the standard SO high, that I will probably forever be disappointed by any other agent's work. Although I plan to use Al as my agent for all future real estate transactions, so hopefully I will never need to work with any other agent anyway. I truly can say that I could not have had a better experience buying a house. I am a very happy homeowner thanks to Al.
