What started as a weekend excursion ended up with our family moving in a beautiful new home in Clermont FL after just a few short weeks. We completely put our trust in Al and followed his advice and recommendations along the way and everything worked out smoothly and flawlessly. Al was super responsive 24/7 as well as the rest of the team he works with. He met us in the middle of the weekend in less then an hour after our phone call, and by Monday we were in the procedure of buying a house. His recommended preapproval officer worked on our case during the overnight stay in hospital due to Covid issues and we had our preapproval next morning. Before we started all this, we've heard stories about 45 days of constant paperwork hustle, but in the end all the work on our end could have been compressed in just a few hours, everything else was just sitting back and relaxing while waiting for the next step. Although we think of our current house as a forever home we hope that in the future we'll be able to purchase another properties and Al will be the one we'll call again!
