Personally, in my purchase, I encountered some difficulties in regards to my loan agent (completely unrelated to Akshay). Despite the fact that things did not look good at all, Akshay was able to help with a smooth transition to another loan agency, communicate effectively with the new agency, and push pressure in the right places to ensure that I could still close in a timely manner.
