Two years before I started to think about buying a home, a friend had hired Aja to sell his home and raved about his “amazing” agent from the moment she pre-listed the house through the close of escrow. She sold his home at a great price in the days before it became so easy for sellers. Since my friend rarely praises anyone, I wanted Aja to represent me as a buyer, and I’m thankful she agreed. Aja and Vanessa were incredible from start to finish. I was a buyer in a heated “seller’s market,” and Aja made sure I saw homes the same day they went on the market (sometimes pre-market), proactively called and worked seller’s agents, and helped me put in strong (but still smart) offers within minutes of me giving approval. Once, I stopped by an open house I saw while running errands on a Saturday, and when I said Aja was my agent, the seller’s agent smiled and said, “You’re so lucky; Aja’s the best in the business!” She was right. I’m picky and sometimes not easy, yet even in this seller’s market, we found the perfect home and won with a price I was completely happy with. Aja patiently explained everything and protected my interests every step of the way, and she made escrow so easy that we were able to close early. I love what we found and can’t imagine selling but, if I ever do, I’ll absolutely want Aja and Vanessa to handle the listing and find my next home.
