I was able to find great answers as well as advices from Aja. There was a hiccup during the loan process that I thought I would never be able to complete the purchase but Aja helped connect me with a great loan officer to get everything done within 1 week. In addition, she was always available and ready to work with the listing agent to make sure that everything was going to work out. Aja will be my first go-to real estate agent when my friends or family want to buy/sell houses in California.
