He priced my house more than I knew it was worth, had a beautiful picture/virtual tour put together, and we had a contract in 2 1/2 weeks. In January! So yes my listing and selling experience with A.J. Petrillo was first rate. I am very glad that I chose him as my agent.

I first contacted AJ because he is an endorsed local provider of Dave Ramsey in the Blue Ridge, GA area. I told AJ what I was considering and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding purchasing a property in the Blue Ridge area. AJ took us to properties that met our requirements perfectly. He happened to know of a property that was about to list and we were able to see it before it was "on the market". This gave us a leg up on being the first to put an offer on the property and getting it! While driving around the area with AJ, he was able to tell us a lot about the area as well as advice and insight into the current market. After we purchased the property, I was working from the property one week and needed a special cable that I had left at home. My wife told me to call and ask AJ if he happened to have one, and sure enough he did! He lent it to me, thus saving me a trip to the store and $80! What a nice guy! He is an excellent realtor and I consider him a new friend of the family!
